BIOTIME Club Rules

1. Purpose and Application

These Rules maintain a safe, respectful, efficient and premium environment for Members, guests, staff and authorized users.

2. Entry and Personal Access

Only authorized persons may enter Member areas. QR codes, accounts and access credentials are personal and must not be shared. BIOTIME may reasonably verify identity and prevent unauthorized entry. Formal transfers under BT-MT-1.0 remain permitted.

3. Opening Hours and Restrictions

Use is during published Club hours. BIOTIME may reasonably change hours or temporarily restrict areas for maintenance, cleaning, events, building requirements, safety, emergencies or legitimate operational reasons. Material or prolonged restrictions are handled under BT-MT-1.0 and applicable law.

4. Guests

There is no general free guest entitlement. Guests require a BIOTIME guest pass, invitation, promotion, event or other authorization and must comply with registration, eligibility, safety and conduct requirements. BIOTIME may require accompaniment and may refuse or withdraw access on reasonable grounds.

5. Conduct and Respect

Violence, threats, harassment, bullying, abusive conduct, theft, fraud, deliberate damage, illegal activity, discriminatory harassment, serious disruption and serious or repeated rule breaches are prohibited. Reasonable staff safety, security and operational directions must be followed. Urgent risks may result in immediate temporary access suspension; contractual termination is separate.

6. Clothing, Hygiene and Cleanliness

Members must wear clean activity-appropriate clothing and footwear, maintain reasonable hygiene, leave equipment reasonably clean after use, and keep belongings clear of walkways, emergency routes and equipment.

7. Equipment and Training Areas

Use equipment only as intended and according to instructions. Do not modify, disable, force or misuse equipment or connected systems. Report damage, malfunction or safety concerns. BIOTIME may remove equipment from service for maintenance, calibration, repair, updates or safety. Particular-machine availability is not guaranteed.

8. Technogym and Connected Equipment

Certain equipment requires a personal Technogym account. Members must use their own credentials and must not access or interfere with another person's profile, settings or data. Authorized BIOTIME personnel may assist within Technogym/Mywellness for onboarding, training configuration, safety screening and related services subject to applicable privacy requirements.

9. Health and Pre-Exercise Safety

Applicable onboarding and pre-exercise screening must be completed before normal training. Screening answers must be accurate. BIOTIME may require appropriate medical clearance where a reasonable safety concern exists. BIOTIME staff do not diagnose medical conditions merely by providing fitness services.

10. Recovery Services

Recovery requires booking unless otherwise stated and is subject to suitability, availability, capacity and safety instructions. INSIDER entitlements are governed by BT-MP-1.0 and BT-MT-1.0. Cancellation at least 12 hours before an included appointment normally preserves the entitlement within the same month; later cancellation or no-show may be treated as used. Personal entitlements may not be shared.

11. Appointments and Bookable Services

Different services may have different cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival and no-show rules disclosed at or before booking where reasonably practicable. Separate paid services such as Personal Training may have their own terms.

12. Sky Lounge

Eligible Members may use the Lounge subject to capacity, availability, private events, maintenance, safety and building requirements. Access does not guarantee seating or dedicated workspace. Noise, calls, meetings and device use must not unreasonably disturb others. BIOTIME may reserve areas for events or operations.

13. Bar, Food and Beverages

Coffee, protein drinks and other beverages are not included unless expressly stated. They may be purchased through supported methods including card, PromptPay and, if introduced, eligible MY BIOTIME Wallet/reward functionality. Outside food/beverages may be reasonably restricted. Alcohol is permitted only if expressly allowed consistently with law and building rules. Illegal substances are prohibited.

14. Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the Club and wherever prohibited by law, building rules or BIOTIME policy.

15. Photography, Video and Privacy

Reasonable personal photography may be permitted where it does not interfere with operations or another person's privacy. Do not deliberately record identifiable persons without appropriate permission. Recording is prohibited in toilets, showers, changing areas and designated private areas. Professional or commercial filming requires prior approval. Membership does not itself authorize BIOTIME to use a Member's image for marketing.

16. CCTV

CCTV may operate for safety, security, incident management and property protection at the entrance, strength area, cardio area, lounge and bar. It will not intentionally be installed in toilets, showers, changing areas or other high-privacy areas. See BT-CCTV-1.0.

17. Personal Property and Lost Property

Members and guests are responsible for reasonable care of belongings and should not leave valuables unattended. BIOTIME's liability is limited only to the extent permitted by law. Found property may be retained for up to 30 days or another published reasonable period and then lawfully donated, disposed of or otherwise handled.

18. Animals

Animals are not permitted except assistance animals that must be admitted or accommodated under applicable law, subject to reasonable safety and operational arrangements.

19. Persons Under 20

Standard BIOTIME Membership is 20+. Persons under 20 may enter only for a specifically authorized event, visit or purpose and subject to required supervision and legal requirements.

20. Emergency and Evacuation

Members and guests must follow staff, building-management and emergency-service instructions. Emergency exits, fire equipment and evacuation routes must not be obstructed or misused. BIOTIME may immediately suspend services where reasonably necessary for safety.

21. Damage to Property

A Member or guest who intentionally or negligently damages BIOTIME or third-party property may be responsible for resulting loss to the extent permitted by law.

22. Prohibited Commercial Activity

Unauthorized solicitation, selling, advertising, recruitment, coaching, personal training or other commercial activity is prohibited without prior BIOTIME approval.

23. Restricted Areas

Members and guests must not enter staff-only, technical, storage, back-of-house or otherwise restricted areas without authorization.

24. Changes to Club Rules

BIOTIME may reasonably update these Rules for safety, security, legal compliance, technology, building operations, service administration or operational improvement. Changes will not be used to remove a material paid benefit where prohibited by law. Material changes will be notified where reasonably practicable or legally required.

25. Breaches

Depending on seriousness, a breach may result in guidance, warning, reasonable access conditions, temporary suspension or further action under BT-MT-1.0. Immediate temporary suspension may be used for urgent safety or security risks.
