BIOTIME Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms apply to biotime.club, MY BIOTIME and other BIOTIME digital interfaces made available by Amintara Group Co., Ltd. Membership purchases and Club use are additionally governed by the applicable Membership Particulars, Membership Terms and Club Rules.

2. Acceptance

Where presented for affirmative acceptance, use of the relevant service after acceptance is subject to these Terms. At Membership checkout, these Terms may be accepted together with the Membership Terms, Membership Particulars and incorporated Club Rules through one contractual acceptance mechanism. The Privacy Notice remains a separate notice.

3. Eligibility and Information

Users must have legal capacity to use the relevant service and provide accurate, current and complete information where reasonably required. Standard BIOTIME Membership is for persons aged 20 or above. Users must not impersonate another person or knowingly provide false information.

4. MY BIOTIME Access

MY BIOTIME access is personal to the authorized user. Users must protect access links, credentials, devices and QR identifiers. Access may use secure email mechanisms, LINE-linked functionality or other methods BIOTIME makes available. Unauthorized sharing is prohibited.

5. Account Security

Users must promptly notify BIOTIME of suspected unauthorized access or misuse. BIOTIME may require re-authentication, invalidate access links, suspend credentials or take other reasonable security measures.

6. LINE and Communications

BIOTIME may offer LINE linkage for access, service communications and other functions. Transactional communications may be sent independently of marketing preferences. Marketing offers and recommendations are managed under the applicable consent and opt-out framework.

7. Permitted Use

Digital Services may be used only for lawful personal purposes connected with BIOTIME, including Membership administration, bookings, access, service information and account management.

8. Prohibited Use

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, scrape data without authorization, impersonate others, abuse booking or payment functions, manipulate prices or entitlements, use another person's credentials, or use the services unlawfully or fraudulently.

9. Membership and Booking Information

Digital Membership status, appointments and entitlements are intended to reflect BIOTIME records. Users should report material errors. BIOTIME will investigate and correct discrepancies consistently with applicable law and the underlying agreement.

10. Payments and Checkout

Purchases may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe and other supported methods. Third parties may apply their own terms and privacy information. BIOTIME has no production Member Wallet at initial launch. If Wallet, rewards or credit functionality is introduced later, separate or updated terms may apply.

11. Payment Methods

BIOTIME may support cards, PromptPay or other methods. Availability may vary by product, channel and time and is not guaranteed permanently.

12. Technogym Services

Technogym accounts, App, Mywellness and connected equipment operate within the Technogym ecosystem and are subject to Technogym terms and privacy information. BIOTIME does not intend to replicate Technogym fitness, health, assessment, body-composition or workout datasets into its proprietary Member database, although authorized BIOTIME personnel may access or input information within Technogym/Mywellness where necessary to provide relevant services.

13. Third-Party Services

Digital Services may link to or integrate third-party payment, messaging, infrastructure or fitness-technology services. BIOTIME is not responsible for independent third-party services merely because they are linked or integrated, without affecting any mandatory legal responsibility.

14. Availability and Maintenance

BIOTIME does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Digital Services. Services may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, security, third-party outages, infrastructure failures, emergencies or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

15. Digital Feature Changes

BIOTIME may reasonably add, modify, replace or discontinue non-material digital features. This will not be used to remove a material paid Membership benefit where prohibited by law.

16. Intellectual Property

BIOTIME names, logos, designs, content and software interfaces owned by or licensed to BIOTIME are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

17. User Content and Feedback

Where user submissions are permitted, users must have the right to submit them and must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive or privacy-violating material. Feedback may be used for legitimate service improvement subject to applicable law.

18. Privacy

Personal data is processed under applicable law and the BIOTIME Privacy Notice. Acceptance of these Terms is not blanket privacy consent. Where consent is legally required, it will be requested separately. Cookie choices are handled separately.

19. Marketing

Use of Digital Services is not conditional on optional marketing consent. Where legally appropriate, users may choose to receive promotions and recommendations via LINE, email or SMS and may later change those preferences without losing necessary service communications.

20. Suspension of Digital Access

BIOTIME may temporarily restrict digital access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse, fraud prevention, legal compliance or service integrity. Digital suspension does not by itself terminate a Membership.

21. Termination of Digital Access

BIOTIME may terminate a standalone Digital Service where lawfully justified by serious misuse, fraud, security threats or service discontinuation. This does not automatically terminate an underlying Membership.

22. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIOTIME is not liable for losses caused solely by circumstances beyond reasonable control, independent third-party failures for which BIOTIME is not legally responsible, or improper user conduct. Mandatory liability and consumer rights remain unaffected.

23. Electronic Records

Transactions, acceptances, notices and records may be created and retained electronically where permitted by law. BIOTIME may retain document versions, acceptance timestamps, transaction identifiers and other evidence reasonably necessary to establish the contractual record.

24. Changes to These Terms

BIOTIME may update these Terms for legal, security, technology, service or operational reasons. Version and effective date will be identified. Material changes will be notified where reasonably practicable or legally required and will not unlawfully alter completed transactions retrospectively.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Thai law. Mandatory consumer rights, remedies and complaint mechanisms remain unaffected.

26. Language

These Terms are available in Thai and English. The Thai version is intended to satisfy applicable Thai requirements. If inconsistent, the Thai version prevails to the extent permitted by law without reducing mandatory consumer rights.

27. Severability and No Waiver

Invalid provisions will be limited or severed to the minimum legally necessary. The remainder continues where permitted. Delay in exercising a right does not automatically waive it.
